As a part of the latest remodeling of the Arcelomittal plant in Asturias, Glakor supplied Ex cable glands for the connectors of the new boiler.

Due to the type of installation, it is necessary to ensure the operation of the automatism in an aggressive environment with high temperatures in Atex Zone 2, so our Glakor unarmored Ex cable glands made of nickel plated brass and with special Atex 5-pin socket for high temperature, guarantees the perfect operation in hazardous areas.

This, together with our Ex terminal box, Terbox Series by Atex Delvalle, is the perfect solution since with the silicon gasket we get that the boxes can support a temperature of 135ºC.
